Plastic surgery options for facial rejuvenation.

We are going to discuss the options when it comes to reversing natural facial aging. For the facelift section, we plan to discuss facial skin elasticity, wrinkles and lines which become more prominent with age. We also plan to discuss aging of the forehead and neck as well, including the operations performed to reverse upper facial aging and aging of the neck area. These procedures include the endoscopic forehead lift and neck lift. Fat injections to the nasolabial folds and cheeks will also be discussed.

In the Seminar: The upper eyelid lift.

Cosmetic eyelid surgery is very popular, in this section of the seminar we plan to discuss the correction of sagging and excess skin in the upper eyelids. We look for excess fat pockets in the upper eyelids which contribute to the a heavy feeling before surgery. During eyelid lift, these fat pockets are removed. The incision is closed in the natural crease and results in a lift and tightening effect of the remaining eyelid skin.

Seminar Discussion in the Lower Eyelid Lift.

The lower eyelid surgery compliments surgery of the rest of the face and upper eyelid lift. Our patients may experience a puffy appearance from the excess skin and fat bags making them look old and tired. Fine and crinkly skin and wrinkles may also develop from sun exposure over the lower eyelid skin and cheeks. Bags and dark circles under the eyes leave you with an aged and tired appearance.
