Aldo B. Guerra, MD, FACS trained specifically and extensively for a career in plastic surgery. After completing his plastic surgery training he passed the qualifying examination to become Board Certified in Plastic Surgery. He has chosen to concentrate his plastic surgery efforts on procedures that enhance the appearance of the human form. He specializes in plastic surgery procedures which enhance a person’s physical appearance and well-being.

Dr. Guerra began his training in plastic surgery by attending the University of California, San Diego Medical School in La Jolla, CA. He then entered the surgery program at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, Torrance, CA. He pursued plastic surgery training at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA. After finishing this training, Dr. Guerra practiced for 6 years in the gulf coast, having multiple plastic surgery offices in Louisiana and Alabama. In 2006, he chose to relocate his offices to Scottsdale and Phoenix, Arizona.

Dr. Aldo Benjamin Guerra initially began his career performing breast reconstruction and pediatric plastic surgery. He served as Chief of Adult and Pediatric Plastic Surgery at the downtown campus for the LSU Health Sciences Center. After a few years, he made the decision to practice plastic surgery procedures for enhancement of the human form. The most commonly performed procedures at the AB Guerra Plastic Surgery Center include mommy makeovers, tummy tucks, breast augmentations, breast lifts, breast implant exchanges, liposuction, face lifts, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, plastic surgery after weight loss, body lifts, thigh lifts and more plastic surgery procedures.

His philosophy includes the belief that to be successful in plastic surgery the plastic surgeon must fulfill, as best as possible, the patient’s desires and wishes. In order to accomplish this, Dr. Guerra combines his previous experiences and highly specialized training with the latest technological advances in aesthetic plastic surgery. Dr. Guerra’s focus is on establishing long-term relationships with all his patients. He listens carefully and thoroughly to his patient’s desires and wishes.
