What do you need to know before choosing you plastic surgeon?
One of the most important aspects of proceeding with cosmetic plastic surgery is choosing a plastic surgeon. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons has some great information on helping patients find the right plastic surgeon. We highly recommend patients get two or three consultations with Board Certified Plastic Surgeons before the make a decision. All ASPS Member Surgeons are required to be board certified in plastic surgery. The ASPS website has a directory where you can find a surgeon close to where you live.

Patients often try to figure out best way to choose the plastic surgeon that is right for them. At the AB Guerra Plastic Surgery Center we recommend patients schedule a minimum of three consultations with a board certified plastic surgeon.
